Chilli Fiesta is back!
Demos from Strictly and Bake Off stars, music, movies and a vintage fairground are all part of the fun at this family-friendly weekend festival
Think this heatwave is as hot as it’s going to get? Think again, because the popular Chilli Fiesta will be back at the lovely West Dean Gardens near Chichester from Fri 9 to Sun 11 Aug.
There’s a lot more to do than fill your face with fiery fare over the weekend and it’s family-friendly as well.
Besides plenty of opportunities to eat and shop for the hot stuff across 140 stalls, there will be Latin music and dance – including Strictly‘s Graziano Di Prima with his partner Giada Lini, and cookery demos from top chefs including Bake Off contestants Miranda Gore Browne, Chetna Makan and Steven Carter Bailey.
If you’d like to grow your own chillis and other edible plants, then get along to gardening demonstrations and even a homegrown herb-inspired cocktail-making masterclass.
Meanwhile circus and slackline workshops, a vintage funfair, outdoor film screenings and more will keep kids amused. There will even be fireworks on the Saturday night.
Stay for two days or even all three, camping over in the grounds (with showers and flushing loos!) and making a weekend of it.
Day tickets are £18.00 for adults, £2.50 for children (under 4s free) with this year 20% off two day tickets bought together, making two adult tickets for the same day a total £32.
Early Bird tickets are now on sale with a three-day camping pass for an adult £115 and £35 for a child.
