This award-winning vineyard and winery on the edge of the Ashdown Forest draws its name from the bluebell-strewn ancient woodland that creates its unforgettable 100-acre setting.

A family-run business and former pig farm, Bluebell Vineyard has been producing award-winning sparkling wine since 2005.

It currently houses more than 100,000 vines producing five sparkling vintages, including a Blanc de Blanc, a Rose and a Cuvee, and added Ashdown still wines in 2019 including a Rose and a Bacchus.

But Bluebell is about much more than just the sensational wine. It’s the perfect family day out, with a nature trail for little ones and tours and tastings for the grown-ups. On a sun-drenched day, there’s no better way to experience Sussex.

The estate is also the ultimate setting for weddings and corporate events, providing a breathtaking backdrop in an area of outstanding natural beauty for unique photography, and memories that will last a lifetime.

The team at Bluebell believe their wines can rival the best in the world, and the 80 awards scooped for the Hindleap sparkling range would suggest that they’re right.
