Knockhatch Adventure Park
Muddy says: A well-loved family attraction that has plenty of activities to get stuck into come rain or shine plus an adjoining dry ski slope
Combining indoor and outdoor attractions spread over eighty acres of countryside at Hailsham, Knockhatch Adventure Park makes for a great family day out whatever the weather’s doing.
There’s a petting farm/zoo; an owl santuary; the Lost World dinosaur-themed play barn with slides, bridges, tubes and nets; a sponge ball firing cannon arena and the multi-level Froggies soft play area for tots.
Kids can also work off steam on the outdoors avalanche slide and the adventure playground and storm Dragon’s Castle. You can board the bumpy quadapillar or runaway train simulator together or take to the boating lake. In summer, cool off with the waterslide and paddling pool.
An annual Knockhatch pass makes a great present. It gives holders access to the park and all the attractions that are included in a standard entrance fee as many times as they like over a year, plus 10% off the extra charge activities (like the high ropes, below) and 10% off food and drink.
