Noble and Stace
Muddy says: indulge in these beautiful small batch chocolates (great for gifting if you can bear to share) and join a workshop to learn how to make your own!
Noble and Stace began in West Sussex in 2015 when Mike Noble built a dedicated chocolate kitchen and tested out numerous prototype products on lucky friends and family.
It’s now a familiar quality small batch brand and you can buy the beautifully presented chocolates, tablettes, truffles and pastilles with their distinctive colourful splashes online or from a variety of Sussex and Surrey suppliers including Cowdray Farm Shop, The Hungry Guest Deli in Petworth, Hennings wine merchants and Ridgeview, Bolney and Bluebell vineyards.
Gifts and occasions
The chocolates make great gifts with seasonal variations and indulgent treats with a Sussex twist like English Sparkling Wine and Brighton and Chilgrove Gin varieties. There are even dairy-free varieties.
You can also commission a flavour, colour or chocolate shape for a special occasion or corporate event.
Planning a wedding? Noble & Stace can help you organise a few boxes for the dinner table… or 500 mini ribbon tied boxes for a banquet.
You can also learn to make chocolate yourself, or gift the experience to a loved one. Regular workshops run at Edgcumbes Food Academy at Ford near Arundel, The Artisan Bakehouse at Ashurst, near Steyning and other locations. If you get a group together you can even book a private workshop.
