No idea what's going on? Nope, us neither, but we do know Sussex so here's your ongoing guide to which of your favourite local businesses are still open and offering services as well as deliveries, takeaways and gift vouchers.

Muddy’s keeping a roll call of Sussex businesses so here’s who’s open and what they’re offering. Present and correct, sah!

Kids

Fishers Farm Park: Currently open, entry is half price. There’s an outdoor grill for takeway food and the majority of rides and attractions remain open.

Knockhatch Adventure Park: Currently open.

Phileas Fogg World of Adventures: Currently open

National Trust venues

Nymans: Open today and Fri 20 Mar, house, gallery and cafe will close Sat 21 Mar, gardens and woods remain open.

Sheffield Park: Cafe and visitor centre closed, gardens open

Bodiam Castle: Castle closed, gardens open

Bateman’s: House, gardens and mill closed, estate open

Petworth House: House, servants quarters and cafe will close on Fri 20 Mar. Petworth Park and Pleasure Garden remains open and free to use.

Gardens and parks

West Dean Gardens: Cafe, restaurant and cottage closed, but the gardens remain open and are now free to access.

Food and Drink

The Curlew, Bodiam: Open for business.

The Cat Inn: Closed for normal business. A mini store is open at selected times offering produce and deliveries locally.

Chichester Harbour Hotel: Open for business.

Coppa Club, Brighton: Open, also offering pizza delivery locally. NHS workers get 50% off.

The Bat & Ball, Newpound: Offering a full takeaway menu, with local delivery. Also offering fresh, frozen and dried food (including pasta) through suppliers.

Heritage, Haywards Heath: Chef Matt Gillian currently investigating re-opening his casual dining pop-up Electro Pirate for delivery, along with pre-orders of daily fruit and veg.

Amberley Black Horse: Running a takeaway and delivery service of food and drinks to the local area as well as supplies for those in need.

Village Larder at Squire’s Garden Centre. Open and about to receive a large fruit and veg delivery along with fresh local produce, can deliver to vulnerable local community members.

Sussex Produce Company: Open and offering home delivery to the BN44 postcode area.

The Green Welly, Ditchling. Open daily for takeaway hot and cold food, also selling locally sourced eggs and fresh bread which needs to be ordered the previous day.

The Village Deli, Farncombe Butchers and Spring Gardens Nursery, all in Storrington, have pulled together to offer a delivery service

Health & Beauty

Visage Beauty Treatment Rooms, Pulborough. Open for business, offering gift vouchers for Mother’s Day which can be delivered, also products for delivery.

Urban Sanctuary, Haywards Heath: Open for business.

Beauty Bar, Wadhurst: Open for business including gift vouchers and products. Offering 50% off massages for NHS workers and shelf stackers.
