You wouldn’t be alone in wanting to hide away in these luxe rooms, but this hotel is so much more than a quick kip and go – Bistro Du Vin serves an impressive menu of French classics with options for afternoon tea and Sunday Lunch. To drink, you can choose from 100 + whiskies and rums or ask the in-house Sommelier for the perfect wine to go with your dish. Even better, you can dine alfresco in the stunning courtyard with a pergola wrapped in atmospheric lights and chic rattan chairs and tables. 

The Dome is a beautiful venue thanks to its high ceiling and spacious floors it’s the perfect place for a wedding reception and can hold up to 120 people. For a more intimate event, opt for The Screwpull, it’s all exposed brick and dark wood panels and seats up to 14 people. 

During the day, explore the boutiques of The Lanes or take a 10-minute stroll to the Brighton Dome for a cultural fix (the popular Van Gogh Alive exhibition will be showing throughout the summer). Or simply wind down at Brighton Beach, which is only a 5-minute walk away.
