Rose & Glow, Chichester

Move and breathe your way back into a relaxed, calm state at this wellness retreat run by twin team, and experienced movement instructors, Helen Macdonald-Prideaux and Lucy-Ann Prideaux in the Ashling Park Estate.

Carefully curated to restore and revive, these one and three-day retreats in the West Sussex countryside are the answer to all of your stressed-out prayers. Their moto is ‘move, nourish, breathe’ and that’s exactly what you’ll do when taking part in one of the experiences.

The days are spent doing a mix of activity including uplifting yoga and pilates sessions designed for all abilities, and calming walks along Chichester Harbour coastal paths and through the South Downs countryside with moments to stop and really appreciate the surrounding nature and views, breathing in the fresh air to revitalise all your senses.

Perhaps most importantly, moments of freedom giving your brain and your body time to be still and silent. The focus is on stopping your routine and refocusing your energy and attention (and don’t we all need to do that?)

You’ll be encouraged to push deep to find your inner strength and then be able to push your life forward after the experience. And do it all while meeting like minded women who inspire you.

Taking place at the Ashling Park Estate, the focus of the food is taste and nourishment, and includes vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options. In the summer you can have outdoor picnics and the menu is matched to the season – just how we like it!

The experiences are run by twin team and experienced movement instructors, Helen Macdonald-Prideaux and Lucy-Ann Prideaux who have over 40 years experience in health, fitness, wellbeing and nutrition. So you, your mind and your body are in very safe hands.
