Well, who could have predicted THIS as the must-have summer 2020 accessory? Snap up a Sussex-made mask from a couture designer, or shop our pick of the rest.
We adore these cute face masks from Sussex-based bridal couture designer Kasia Austin. Kasia’s put her considerable talents to great use during lockdown with these 100% cotton face masks, made at her studio near Midhurst using gorgeous vintage-style prints. As if that weren’t enough of a reason to snap one up, 10% of profits will go to NHS Charities.
Back in April, fashion and interiors designer Pearl Lowe uploaded a pic of her daughters wearing Liberty-print silk masks she’d sewn on a whim – and the rest is history. Profits go to NHS Charities Together.
How summery does this sweet lemon print mask look? Not only is it made with a breathable cotton blend, it comes with a filter pocket so you can add in extra protection if you fancy.
We’re dotty (sorry) about this set of three polka-dot masks from ASOS . £1 from each sale goes to Oxfam’s Coronavirus Emergency Response Appeal, too.
