I&#8217;ve been meaning to check out Knepp, so thank you for the recommendation Lisa! Have you read Isabella&#8217;s book? It&#8217;s next on my TBR 🙂

Knepp Estates walks have been my absolute sanctuary every day for the entire lock-down period. 
Never tire of it as there is always plenty to see. There are three sections Upper, lower and middle. 
On the white route you will see the newly hatched storks as they have 5 nesting pairs and 30 others roaming. Charlie Burrell and his wife Isabella Tree have had a Re-Wilding project going for the last 20 years and it is rustic and back to nature. Fallow and Roe Deer, Long horned cattle, Exmoor ponies, nightingales, song thrush, Tamworth pigs, Turtle Doves and much more. The Storks activity has been on the BBC news and I was fortunate enough to see on Tuesday 10 flying on the thermal and they looked almost pre-historic!!

There is also an artisan shop that is open with local produce and their own reared venison for sale in various forms, yummy. Well worth a look and much recommended.
Please respect the animals and the Burrells Estate when out and practice social distancing. dogs on leads and no cycling!
