<p>Ok, we&#8217;ve all got cellulite&nbsp;and shouldn&#8217;t be ashamed of it, thankfully we&#8217;re all a bit more body positive now! *Butt* if those not-so-cute dimples on our thighs and, ahem, elsewhere DO bother you there are solutions and good old Muddy is here to tell you all about them.</p>

<p>We heard there was a body booster that many celebs swear by to get beach ready so we whizzed over to <a rel="noreferrer noopener" aria-label="Beauty Secrets Spa (opens in a new tab)" href="https://www.beautysecretsspa.co.uk/" target="_blank">Beauty Secrets Spa</a> in Horsham and was face down on a coach before you could say sun-lounger. It&#8217;s all in the name of research Dear reader. </p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">BUT WHAT IS ENDERMOLOGIE? </h2>



<p>Endermologie is a non-invasive body contouring treatment for improving firmness and tone, smoothing cellulite, &#8216;resculpting&#8217; and reducing unwanted bulges &amp; saggy skin to improve body shape and tighten everything up. Sounds brilliant, what&#8217;s the catch?</p>



<p>Well, actually there isn&#8217;t one. It&#8217;s been proven in 30 years of treatments and hundreds of scientific studies, that it provides visible results with zero side effects. It works by naturally and painlessly stimulating the reawakening of the cells in skin to fight back against the sag, localised resistant fat and cellulite appearance.</p>



<p>So it&#8217;s great for tackling mum tums, bingo wings and generally toning up any area you&#8217;d like to be a little firmer. </p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">THE LOW-DOWN</h2>



<p>So what did my appointment at  <a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://www.beautysecretsspa.co.uk/" target="_blank">Beauty Secrets Spa</a> involve? Well, I knew they meant business when, after an in-depth consultation about what my areas of &#8216;concern&#8217; were, I was asked to slip into a full length white bodysuit. (Don&#8217;t worry you can keep your undies on!). To say I felt a complete twit and looked a lot like George Dawes is an understatement.</p>

<p>After talking me through the process, the lovely therapist started my treatment which involved 40 minutes of being gently pummelled with a high-tech hoover to encourage elimination of toxins . It wasn&#8217;t unpleasant, simply felt like a very deep massage with a mini steam roller and we happily chatted as the machine worked it magic on my saddlebags. </p>



<p>Afterwards I was instructed to drink plenty of water to flush through the toxins and avoid alcohol for 24 hours (darn). </p>

<p>Let&#8217;s be clear, this isn&#8217;t a quick fix and a course of up to 12 sessions is required for optimum results. However I can genuinely say after just one 40 minute treatment my thighs were tighter and smoother &#8211; I&#8217;d even go to far as say they felt like the legs of someone who hit the treadmill regularly instead of *ahem* the sofa.</p>



<p>Sorry, no photographic evidence exists of the before and after &#8211; you&#8217;ll have to take my word for it, as I&#8217;m not getting my milky white thighs out for the metaverse for anyone!</p>
