<p>Sustainability is the in word here and every supplier the deli selects is sensitive to the impact on the environment. Top of the foodie crops will be at the Hungry Guest Fishmongers, that prides itself on exclusively selling sustainably caught products. The offerings are dictated by what is caught and in season (as it should be!) Think Sussex sea bass, Littlehampton scallops and much more. </p>



<p>And don’t forget the other BBQ essentials, The Hungry Guest Bakery will provide all the buns, baguettes and bread you desire (which are hand made using traditional methods) to serve alongside your meats, fish and summer salads.</p>



<p>Speaking of veggies, the deli will meet all your needs here too and what is summer with strawberries? Here they’re from Mereworth, Kent sun-kissed there for sweetness. &nbsp;</p>

<p>Newlands House gallery is in Petworth, close to The Hungry Guest, and the current exhibition <em>Frank Auerbach: Unseen</em>&nbsp;runs until 14&nbsp;August. While the upcoming exhibition,&nbsp;<em>Lee Miller &amp; Picasso</em>&nbsp; opens 10&nbsp;September and on display will be Miller&#8217;s work that captured her relationship with Picasso during and after the Second World War. It will share the story of how Picasso stumbled across Sussex accidentally and how Miller went on to live in the county with her family. The perfect stop before stocking up at the deli!<br></p>
