30 April, Mid Sussex, Marathon weekend

14 May, Herstmonceux Castle Night Trek , a charity 10k from sunset through the night.

18 May, Cycling Racing: Circuit of Laughton, Lewes Wanderers Cycle Club

5 June, Sussex Sprint Tri & Aquathlons, Ashburnham Place, Battle
12 June, Weald Challenge 50k Ultra Trail
19 June (date changed from 26), Davina’s Big Sussex Bike Ride, East Sussex National Golf Club, Uckfield

Ride for a reason and celebrity ambassador and TV presenter Davina McCall (above), on this bike ride raising funds for sick babies and children and says ” ‘I have fallen in love with cycling and I’d like to thank you for jumping on your bike to support my favourite charity!”
Davina will be there in person to set you off on your way, and will then ride the route to try to catch you up! You might just manage to catch her at one of the well-stocked rest stops or at the hearty BBQ lunch served at the finish line which is in the grounds of the beautiful East Sussex National Hotel.

31 July, Goodwood 255 Triathlon Relay
6-7 August Eroica Britannia cycling festival, Goodwood
This epic ride begins with a lap of the historic Goodwood Motor Circuit, before you head out of the gates, turn left and then right into the Estate parklands. Passing through the Park golf course (listen out for shouts of ‘Fore!’) and then onto historic Petworth where you can refuel at Hampers Green where Petworth Places will be featuring the delicious Hungry Guest Deli, a Muddy fave.
Beachy Head Marathon, Ultramarathon and 10K, 22 October, Half Marathon 23 October
Park runs run in 20 areas across East & West Sussex regularly, usually at weekends. See their website for more information.
